How often do we think we know what we want to achieve, only to discover that there is something that hold us back?

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A PASSION FOR DEVELOPING PEOPLE. I LOOK TO TAKE EXCELLENT PEOPLE AND GIVE THEM THE BOOST THEY NEED TO ALWAYS GIVE THE BEST PERFORMANCE POSSIBLE.

Inspiration for me, comes from the people that I work with. My passion is to help others bring out the hidden talents and drive that is within them.

I have been an avid follower of The Flow model. This model was introduced by positive psychologist, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, in his 1990 book "Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience."

This model shows the likely emotional state that we will experience when trying to complete a new task. It will be effected not only by our perceived difficulty of this task but also how we see our own skill levels.

"Flow experiences imply a growth principle. When one is in a flow state, he or she is working to master the activity at hand. To maintain that flow state, one must seek increasingly greater challenges. Attempting these new, difficult challenges stretches one's skills. One emerges from such a flow experience with a bit of personal growth and great feelings of competence and efficacy".

I get inspired with this model and also from other inspirational people, my clients, books and theories... whilst I created my own method.

I work with successful people and high performance athletes that want to reach the next level in their career or their lives.

I believe in an holistic approach, as a Sport Psychologist I will approach performance in this way. I will pay attention to your whole well being  and, with your permission, I will educate you and guide you to find the balance. I will put attention to your diet, your sleeping habits and your daily exercise beyond others. Having a healthy body will help you to have a healthy mind and spirit.
